Shipping policy

All orders are processed as quickly as possible after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive an update email going over custom goods or customizations, as well as timelines and then another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 


In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. You will receive an update email going over custom goods or customizations, as well as timelines and then another notification when your order is ready for pick up.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. K & K Custom Creations is not responsible for these charges, if they are applied they are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check it's status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order, please contact us at contact@kkcustomcreations.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Exchanges

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way or you receive the wrong item, please email us as soon as possible at contact@kkcustomcreations.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. All lumber sales and custom creations (ie: special order, personalized and one off items including rings) are final sale, no returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted for these items. Please get in touch with us if you have a concern with your order and we can evaluate the issue and see if there is a way to make it right.
